SANA'A, Jan. 17 (Saba) - Yemen's foreign debt dropped to $7.286 billion by the end of November 2014, down $98 million from last October, an official report said Saturday.
Most of the decrease (almost $65 million) was in Yemen's loans to the international financing organizations, which amounted to $3.670 billion, and still the largest creditors to Yemen, a report issued by the Central Bank of Yemen (CBY) said.
Yemen's external debt to member countries of the Paris Club also declined to $1.560 billion, with a decrease of $30 million.
The debt to the non-member countries of the Paris Club amounted to $1.533 billion.
