SANA\'A, April 06(Saba)- Supreme Commission for Elections and Referendum

)SCER) has started preparing an executive plan for presidential and local elections to be started in the second half of 2006.

Member of the Committee of Technical Affaires Mohammad al-Sayani said that the committee would revise the voters registers by the specialized committees in the Yemeni provinces by the end of 2005.

They would also add individuals who have become at the age of voting to registers.

A number of training courses would be launched by the Supreme Commission for Elections and Referendum targeting its employees in the headquarters and branches in other governorates.
