SANA\'A, March 13 (Saba)- Minister of Justice Adnan al-Gafri emphasized on the importance of quick procedures as to issue verdicts regarding suits brougt before commercial courts.

In a meeting with judges and staff of commercial courts held here on Saturday, al-Gafri stated that it is necessary to activate the role of the Higher Institute for Judiciary so that to provide judiciary system with qualified staff.

The meeting also discussed difficulties hindering progress in commercial courts, and presented proposals to solve such obstacles.
