SANA'A, June 07 (Saba) - President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi met here on Thursday with US-Arab Chamber of Commerce Chairman David Philips and his accompanying delegation including American and UK companies.

During the meeting, the President welcomed the American, British and European investments, pointing that the investments would enjoy full care and facilities in order to encourage large-scale projects.

Hadi asserted that the current phase in Yemen is new and different from the previous one with transparent, clear and honest methods away from illegal requirements, saying that we in Yemen believed that the solution of the economic problem would come through oil and gas investment.

"Yemen has an oil and gas reserve that is real and significant wealth," the President said.

The delegation expressed its desire to invest in fields of oil and gas, stressing that their companies are prepared technically and financially.

He asserted their readiness for full cooperation and partnership with the government.
