Yemeni, Malaysian investors establish holding company
SANA'A, April 15 (Saba) – A Yemeni holding company is being established by a number of Yemeni businessmen at home and abroad in partnership with an investment Malaysian company, the 26 September Weekly has learned.

In addition to, a part of the company shares would be put for public subscription.

Relevant sources pointed out that the company would implement a number of important strategic and economic projects, such as a gas pipeline to feed the 350 mw gas- fueled station to be created in Hadramout province, providing gas for the industrial projects there.

Moreover, the company intends to establish a multipurpose finance bank, and an area for trade exchanging in al-Abr district in Hadramout, in addition to many other projects.

The establishment of this company comes as a result of the big facilities offered by our country to investors inside and outside Yemen to support the national development process and allow the private sector to play its important role in the comprehensive socioeconomic development.
