SANA'A, May 13 (Saba)- Undersecretary Assistant of Local Administration Ministry Akram al-Shaikh said on Tuesday that the Ministry had granted al latest 260 observers permissions to observe
the upcoming governors elections.

Al-Sheikh said that the observers representing foreign and local organizations would get special cards in order to facilitating their tasks during the procedures of the governors elections due to be
held 17 May.
