SANA'A, May 12 (Saba) - The Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) approved in its meeting held on Monday referring two members of general prosecution to accountability council and suspending them for abusing job duties such as delaying some issues .
The meeting, which was headed by SJC's Chairman Judge Isam Assamawi, reviewed ongoing work in penal court and issues before the court.
The council approved continuity of studying amendments concerning proceeding and civil law that included amending 68 items of the law.
The council listened to a report presented by Assamawi on his inspection visit to Hadramout governorate in the framework of carrying out field visits to courts and prosecutions across the country.
Then the council referred the report to justice minister for taking suitable treatments concerning judicial buildings and cadres.
