SANA'A, May 11 (Saba) - Saudi medical team conducted during the past two days six heart complicated surgeries to Yemeni children infected with heart diseases and checked up other 30 children from poor families.
Director of International Islamic Relief Organization's (IIRO) bureau in Yemen Ibrahim al-Harithi told Saba that these operations come in the framework of medical caravan the IIRO organizes in Yemen during the period between 10-15 of May in cooperation with al-Thourwa Public Hospital and Saudi German Hospital.
Al-Harithi expected that the team, which is composed of seven physicians, would conduct 20 to 30 heart operations, in addition to performing checkup and diagnosis process.
