SANA'A, May 09 (Saba)- The Yemeni-Syrian Supreme Joint Committee will meet on Saturday for the 8th round to be co-chaired by prime Ministers of both countries.
These meetings come as a result of both countries trend to activate cooperation aspects between them.
The two countries signed during the last seven rounds around 100 cooperation agreements, memos of understanding and protocols.
Secretary general of the Syrian Cabinet Taisir al-Zubi, head of the Syrian side in the preparatory meeting of the committee, affirmed that the expected results of this round will form a strong a characteristic push for future cooperation between Yemen and Syria.
It is expected that this round will come up with the signing of agreements, memos of understanding and protocols in fields of cultural exchange, training, commercial, investment and economic exchange, irrigation, building dams, media, judiciary, insurances, intellectual property, sanitation and twining Aden Seaport with Laziqiah Seaport.
