MAHRA, March 24 (Saba)- Maritime Inspection and Surveillance Office (MISO) and Yemeni Coastguard Authority (YCA) here referred on Monday three Egyptian fishing ships to the General Prosecution for dissenting fishing law.
Head of Mahra Appeal Prosecution has directed Qishin district's Primary Prosecution to start its investigations with the Egyptian ships crews because of violating fishing law.
The arrest of the ships, currently held in Nashton Port here, is based on many previous notices the MISO has received from fishing bodies and concerned authorities.
