SANA'A, (Saba)- Meeting of the Yemeni-Syrian Commercial and Technical Committee was held in Sana'a on Sunday co-chaired by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Aqbal Bahadar and Syrian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Mohammed al-Habash.
The meeting focused on the economic issues associated with overcoming all obstacles facing trade exchange between the two countries.
The two sides also discussed means of activating cooperation between the economic cooperation in both countries in the public and private sectors as well as possibilities of setting up joint projects in different fields.
The meeting, to conclude its meeting on Monday, also thrashed topic of the permanent wing in Damascus International Exhibition and requirements to continue holding trade exhibition in the two countries and benefiting from the Syrian side in cultivating wheat.
Participants address potentiality of allocating 70,000 to 100,000 tons of Syrian wheat to be exported to Yemen.
