SANA'A, (Saba)- Cabinet discussed in its meeting held Tuesday, chaired by Prime Minister Ali Mujawar, a memo raised by Ministry of Finance over regulating customs law No. 14 for 1990.
The memo clarified that the amendment aims at curing faults of the current customs laws, re-formulating law items according to constitutional amendments and easing customs procedures thorough modern and technical means and measures to cope with the economic developments the country is experiencing.
The cabinet formed a committee headed by minister of finance for reviewing the draft law, taking into consideration requirements of administrative and financial reforms and joining the World Trade Organization.
