[24/February/2006] SANA\'A, Feb. 24(Saba)- The Human rights minister Khadija al-Haisami called
for opening dialogue channels with all concerned bodies, governmental
and social, to support human rights issues.

Al-Haisami said in a statement to Saba that her ministry would prepare awareness plans and programs targeting youths and special-needs classes,to make them know about human rights principles and laws according to the National Strategy for Childhood and Youths.

She confirmed the need for cooperation between civil society, governmental bodies and people to enhance human rights in the country as that is a religious duty. She said the ministry would not be able to tackle all human rights alone.
