Sudanese legal experts to advise Yemen commercial courts
[19 March 2005]

SANA'A, March 19 (Saba) - Ministry of Justice is to hire legal experts from Sudan to work as counselors for newly established commercial courts, Justice minister said on Saturday.

The minister Adnan al-Jifri told Saba that he would pay a visit to Khartoum on Tuesday for talks with Sudanese counterpart Ali Muhammad Osman Yassin over the issue.

"We will discuss cooperation to the effect of recruiting Sudanese legal counselors to work in the Yemeni justice sector, especially commercial courts and the higher institute of judiciary," he said.

Yemen is seeking to learn from the Sudanese experience in field of registering real estates, he added.
