SANA'A, Sept. 18, (Saba)- Minister of Public Health and Population and Population Mohammed Yahya al-Noami and Minister of Civil Service Hamoud al-Soufi held a meeting Saturday with experts of the Civil Service Update, a scheme financed by the European Commission.

Talks focused largely on restructuring the Ministry of Public Health and Population and updating the bylaw of the ministry.
