The Aden-based ,14 of October.
[04/August/2004] The Aden-based national daily neswspaper its editorial came out today August 4, under the title “ Practical Steps for Eradicating Terrorism”.

The paper stated that the cabinet has adopted several measures aiming at addressing the reasons usually beget terrorism for putting this serious phenomenon under control. In its weekly meeting yesterday, the cabinet set up a ministerial committee for suggesting plans and practical solutions help ridding social and cultural difficulties which give rise to extremism , egotism and terrorism.

The 14th of October went on saying it is better that the government simultaneously tackles the problems such as poverty , unemployment and illegal weapons possession as well as ill-manner of religious preaching . This is the best way to put terrorism under control and to maintain the security and stability of the society.

The newspaper called on all political parties, non governmental organizations and intellectual elites to shoulder the responsibility of combating terrorist phenomenon and eradicating the causes bring about it.
