Abdul Rahmman Ben Yehia Al- Eryani.
[29/September/2003] Born in Erian Fort ,on top of Bani Saif Mountain , Yareem District in Ibb governorate in 1910 and took the sciences from his father . He appointed as s judge in the district of Al-Naddera in 1935.

After the failure of 1948 revolution , he was arrested and served 7 years in Hajja prison , then he pointed as a member in a legislative organization in Taiz and imprisoned once again in the wake of the breakdown of the 1955 Coup.

Following the 26th of Sep. revolution in 1962, he appointed as a minister of justice, member of the Leadership Revolution Council, Chef of Executive Council, member of the Presidential Council and vice president of the republic

On 5 Nov.1967, he took over the presidency of the Republican Council, then kicked off the early steps forward to the unified work between the Yemeni leaderships of the two parts of Yemen. His efforts had crowned with the first Yemeni summit that had been held in Tripoli , Libya in 1972.

He had resigned from the office on 13 June 1974 and traveled to Damascus . On 25 Sep.1985 the president of the Republic Ali
Abdullah Saleh called on him to come back to the homeland , he did but as a visitor, while his permanent residence remained in Syria until his death.

On 14 March 1998 he dead , in Damascus , and his corps had moved to Yemen .
He has many books the most famous of the :Al- Mutwkilia Law- The Judgment in Yemen (Epic from Hajja prison ), and his memories has not yet been published .
