HR minister, Hodeidah governor inspect humanitarian situation

HODEIDAH, Feb. 20 (Saba) – Minister of Human Rights Alia Faysal Abdul Latif and Governor of Hodeidah Hassan Ahmed Al-Heij, reviewed on Monday the humanitarian situation in Hodeidah.

At the meeting, the minister stressed on the importance of activating humanitarian work in the province.
The humanitarian situations in the Red Sea province, as well as in the country, have been deteriorated as a result of three-year-old US-backed Saudi-led aggression war and the all-out blockade.

She stressed on enhancing the partnership and cooperation between all sectors in the province and activating the work of administrative units to improve the humanitarian situations.

Meanwhile, the governor pointed to the need to pay attention to the humanitarian situation, especially in prisons, the fish sector, women and internally displaced people.
