Women and agricultural activity
[22 July 2003] Women play an effective role in the agricultural activity.

Peasants women share widely in the agricultural activities so that the rate of their participation make up around 83.5% whereas men’s rate is 35.8 % , however women are sided out of using the modern technologies and agricultural equipments.

The external assistance for the agricultural sector makes up 8 % of the total donations which are extended to the country and the largest portion of which is used for development activities but women’s activities haven’t eventually got any genuine support.
