SANA’A, Nov.01 (Saba)- Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi headed on Thursday to India to participate in the foreign ministers meeting of the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation (IOR-ARC) countries, which will start Friday in New Delhi.

Al-Qirbi told Saba that the meeting will discuss a number of papers relating to the economic aspects and the environmental protection in the Indian Ocean, in addition to the piracy phenomenon and researches on marine wealth submerged under the ocean waters.

He noted that ,on sidelines of the meeting, several bilateral meetings will be held with foreign ministers of participating countries to discuss the cooperation relations and ways of boosting them, particularly in the economic fields.
