Transport Minister emphasizes need to unite efforts to run Aden Port

SANA’A, Sep.22 (Saba)- Transport Minister Wa'ed Abdullah Bathib has emphasized the need to unite all efforts for the success of the 2nd phase relating to running the Port of Aden.

In a statement to Saba upon his return from Turkey following the signing of an amicable agreement, by which DP World divested its entire interests in Dubai and Aden Ports Corporation (DAPDC) to Yemen Gulf of Aden Ports Corporation (YGAPC) ,Bathib considered that the government is before a difficult exam requires to work as one team so that the city of Aden, through its historical and strategic port, can provide new job opportunities achieving significant revenues and contributing to the recovery of the economy.

The minister expressed his thanks to the staff and workers for their support for the completion of this work during the last period.
