PM receives UK Minister of State

RIYADH, Sep. 03 (Saba) – Prime Minister Prime Minister Mohammed Salem Basindwa received Monday  at his residence in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, Britain's Minister of State for International Development Alan Duncan.

The two officials discussed at their meeting the two countries bilateral relations and issues related to donors' meeting to be launched its actions on Tuesday.

The meeting also reviewed the ongoing arrangements of Yemen Friends' meeting to be held in New York which will be advocated to assist Yemen to carry out its transitional phase.

The acceleration of allocating the amount obligated in the conference for the development projects for Yemen was also touched on the meeting.

The UK official renewed its country's obligation to support Yemen's security and stability in its current crisis.

In return, the Premier valued the British supportive attitudes in the preparation for the conference.
