President Hadi meets Hodeidah governor, social figures

SANA'A, Aug.08 (Saba) – President Abdo Rabu Mansour Hadi has met Hodeidah Governor Akram Attiah along with number of the Parliament's members, sheikhs and social figures of the province.

At the meeting, President Hadi affirmed that the work is still going on implementing the political settlement in Yemen that based on the Gulf initiative and its executive mechanism.

In return, the Governor asserted that the efforts of President Hadi to ensure the security and stability of Yemen are exceptional, confirming to support all the President's decisions and procedures aiming to overcoming Yemen from its crisis.

He also talked about issues concerned on the people's complaints over theft of public and private lands, including lands belonging to Hodeidah Airport.

In this regard, the President has directed to form a committee consisting of Hodeidah Governor, Chief of General Staff, and Chairman of the General Authority of Lands, Chief of Meteorology Authority and Chief of Aviation and Air Command to look seriously after this issue and accelerate providing information and the solutions required to solve this problem.
