SANA'A, Aug. 07 (Saba) – The republican decree No.(101) for 2012 was issued Monday approving the establishment of a reconstruction fund for Abyan  affected areas due to acts of sabotage and terrorism in the province.

The decree includes 24 articles distributed into four chapters.
