SANA'A, July 29 (Saba)- Republican Decree No. (96) for the year 2012 was issued on Sunday to ratify the memorandum of understanding between the governments of Yemen and Kuwait in the field of exports development.

The memorandum of understanding was signed between the two governments in Kuwait City on January 26, 2011.
