SANA'A, July 25 (Saba)- Interior Minister Maj. Gen. Abdul-Qadir Qahtan discussed on Wednesday with the U.S. ambassador to Yemen Gerald Firestein the security cooperation between Yemen and the U.S. and ways of enhancing it.

The meeting touched upon the progress in the implementation of the Gulf Initiative and its executive mechanism on the ground, and ways to overcome the obstacles that may hamper completing the implementation.
