Czech intends to enhance bilateral relations with Yemen

SANA'A, June 17 (Saba) - Czech non-resident ambassador to Yemen Jaroslav Ludva expressed on Sunday his country's readiness to enhance the bilateral cooperation relations with Yemen.

This came in a meeting gathered the Czech ambassador with Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Mohammed al-Sa'adi.

The minister asserted the Yemeni government's keenness to increase the existing and future cooperation with Czech republic.

Al-Sa'adi and Ludva discussed several issues of cooperation relations as well as the implementation progress of the Czech government-funded projects in Yemen.

On the other hand, the Czech ambassador paid a visit two days ago to Socotra archipelago to get acquainted with its environmental and tourist components.

Ludva hold meetings with the Socotra's local authority members on the archipelago's development needs and the aid the Czech government could offer to finance projects in agricultural, irrigation and road fields.
