Culture Minister heads to Roma

SANA'A, June 10(Saba)- Minister of Culture Abdullah Manthoq headed on Sunday for the Italian capital Roma on a visit lasting several days.

Mansthoq told Saba that, during the visit, he and the accompanying delegation will partake in a memorial ceremony of the Italian archaeologist Alexandro Dwaijera, who will be honored by our country for the efforts he exerted during thirty years he had spent in Yemen in the archaeology field.

He added that he will meet on the sidelines of the visit with his Italian counterpart, and will participate in a number of other events, to be organized by the Yemeni Embassy in Rome, which serve the development of bilateral relations between Yemen and Italy in the field of culture.
