Parliament resumes its sessions

SANA'A ,June 09(Saba)- Parliament resumed on Saturday its meetings for the 2nd period in the 1st session of the 9th annual session under the chairmanship of its Speaker, Yahya al-Raei.

The parliament approved the donation of Y.R 10 million for the wounded and displaced people in the governorate of Saada, Hajjah and Abyan and for the injured soldiers in the terrorist incident in the Al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sana'a.

In its meeting, the parliament listened to a number of letters from some MPs to Ministers in the government to ask qualification on some questions.

In addition, the parliament held a general discussion on some general issues in the framework of its supervisory duties, and postponed the discussion of its draft agenda for this period to the next meeting.
