SANA'A, May 08 (Saba) - President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi send on Tuesday a congratulation cable to the new President Vladimir Putin, who was sworn in on Monday as Russia's president for the third time.

He won a third term as president in the election held in March.

Putin, 59, has ruled Russia as a president since 2000 to 2008 and then during the past four years as prime minister.

The new, now six-year term will keep him in power until 2018, with the option of running for a fourth term.
