SANA'A, April 28 (Saba) - Yemen and Switzerland signed here on Saturday a framework agreement in financial and technical areas

The agreement was signed by deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Mutahar al-Abbasi and Swiss Humanitarian Aid (SHA) Unit head Manuel Bessler.

Under the agreement, the SHA Unit grants €7 million to implement programs of social protection, economic and social development and alleviate the suffering of displaced persons and refugees due to the result recent events in Yemen.
