SANA'A, April 18 (Saba) - The UN envoy to Yemen Jamal bin Omar asserted on Wednesday the UN's commitment to stand by Yemen in overcoming the crisis's repercussions.

During his meeting with Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi, Omar said that the UN will help Yemen in dealing with the current challenges and making the political process succeed.

The Foreign Minister lauded the role played by the UN in supporting the political settlement in Yemen, accenting the determination to move forward in completing the implementation of the Gulf initiative.

Al-Qirbi discussed with Omar the latest developments related to the ongoing political process in Yemen.
