Press conference in Muscat to promote Yemeni tourist product

MUSCAT, Dec.04(Saba)- A press conference was held in Oman's capital, Muscat, on Saturday within the promotional campaign for Yemeni tourist product.

The campaign is implemented by Yemen Ministry of Tourism in the GCC countries and will last for several years.

During the conference, attended by a number of representatives of media in the Sultanate of Oman, Advisor of the Ministry Abdul-Wahab Shamhan, reviewed developments witnessed by the Yemeni tourism over the past years in different areas, especially in the areas of infrastructure, investments and constitutional building.

Shamhan also made a number of clarifications in response to queries from representatives of the media, which addressed various aspects related to the tourism field.

Furthermore, a national folk band presented a number of popular shows from the Yemeni folklore.
