Tourism Minister returns home

SANA'A, Oct.17(Saba)-Minister of Tourism Nabil al-Faqih retuned on Sunday to Sana'a after partaking in the celebration of the National Day in Yemen's wing in the 2010 World Expo Shanghai, China.

Al-Faqih told Saba that the exhibition presented a cultural picture about the progress reached by the country in all areas.

In Yemen's speech that he delivered in the celebration, al-Faqih dealt with stages of the Yemeni revolution (September and October) and the great achievements achieved for our country under the revolution and the unity.

He pointed out that he met with Chinese officials and discussed with them aspects of cooperation in various issues of tourism and arrangements for appointing a public relations firm to improve tourism and attract tourists to Yemen, as well as calling upon the Chinese investors to invest in the tourism sector in Yemen.
