Announcing results of tourism expenditure survey on Sunday

SANA'A, Sep.18 (Saba)- Ministry of Tourism is to announce on Sunday the results of tourism expenditure survey ,carried out by the ministry during 2009-2010.

Minister of Tourism Nabil al-Faqih told Saba that the announcement of the survey's results comes after completing surveys and data on the expenditure survey of the inbound and outbound local, Arab and foreign tourism, as well as information relating to operating, spending and production of the tourism facilities working in Yemen.

Al-Faqih emphasized the importance of this survey, which comes within the ministry's efforts to complete the information base of tourism, so as to contribute to building strategic plans for the development of tourism sector, to be utilized by researchers and interested parties.
