Islamic Relief implements Iftar project in Yemen

SANA'A, Aug.24 (Saba)-The Islamic Relief organization is currently implementing Iftar (fast-breaking ) project in a number of provinces nationwide in cooperation with the local authorities and charities.

The project targets 15,750 beneficiaries from poor families, widows, orphans and people with special needs in Sana'a, Aden, Lahj, Amran, Dhamar, Taiz and Hodeidah.

The representative of the Islamic Relief in Sana'a Khalid al-Mowallad said that this project came with various projects and programs carried out by the organization, noting the organization implemented Iftar project last year in the provinces of Baidhaa, Lahj, Abyan, Aden and Sana'a for 3900 families.

The Islamic Relief is an international NGO, based in Britain, working in Yemen in the field of relief and development.
