Mahara local official receives Omani charitable mission

MAHARA, July 28 (Saba)- Secretary General of Mahara Local Council Salim Numair received Wednesday an Omani charitable mission, led by Ahmed Qutn, which is currently visiting Yemen.

During the meeting, Numair welcomed the mission, praising the Sultanate of Oman for its charitable aid and works in Yemen.

This cooperation is a result of the brotherly relations linking the two countries' peoples, he said.

For his part, chairman of the Omani mission affirmed the depth of the historical relations of the two countries, talking about the ongoing projects to build 45 houses at 1.5 million Omani Riyals.
