Training tourist facilities' employees in Aden

ADEN, July 24 (Saba) – Ministry of Tourism launched on Saturday in Aden province a training program for the tourist facilities' employees within the preparation for hosting the 20th Gulf Cup.

At the lunch, the Assistant Undersecretary of Tourism Ministry Abdul-Jabbar Saeed pointed out the importance of establishing such training programs that enhance the capabilities of employees in tourist facilities and enable them to provide luxurious services in hotels, especially during the activities of the 20th Gulf Cup.

He stressed the ministry's keenness to make the technical preparation and qualification in the best level to achieve its goals in the development of tourist services.

For his part, Director of the International Hospitality Academy Saad al-Dhamen pointed out that the two-month program would include refreshing lectures to qualify and train the human cadres and promote their capabilities in serving visitors to the province, especially in the 20th Gulf Cup.

He explained that the program aims at qualifying and training 750 workers representing 160 tourist facilities in Aden.
