"Know your country" convoy ends tourist tour to some provinces
SANA'A, April 20 (Saba)- The informative convoy participating in "Know your country" program organized by Ministry of Tourism for 23 journalists, ended on Tuesday its tourist visits to number of provinces in the country.

Over ten days, the journalists visited a number of tourist places, historic cities and archaeological sites from provinces of Amran and Mahweet and then through Hodeidah, Taiz, Aden and Hadramout coast and valley and finally Marib province.

The participants got knowledge on the cultural and historic heritage of those provinces and were briefed on the tourism potentials and the obstacles of investment in tourism sector and the difficulties faced by this vital sector.

The convoy that set off from Sana'a and concluded its tour in Marib aims to introduce the journalist to the cultural heritage and the tourist product in the provinces and the difficulties faced by the work of tourism in the provinces.
