Silatech ready to carry out joint training programs with Yemen

SANA'A, April 10 (Saba) - Qatari organization "Silatech" expressed on Saturday the readiness to implement joint technical training programs with the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training.

The statement is made during a meeting gathered Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training Ibrahim Omar Hajri and a delegation from Silatech.

The meeting talked about the significance of preparing programs to training about 100,000 people of the Yemeni labor in support of the organization in order to help in creating job opportunities for youth.

Hajri talked with the delegation about the mechanism of developing the cooperation between the Ministry and the organization in training Yemeni labor in order to meet the local and Gulf labor markets' needs.

The two sides also reviewed the projects, which Silatech has implemented in Yemen including the technical and vocational educational projects.

The Minister noted to the Ministry's efforts in training the Yemeni labor in different vocational and technical fields, affirming the importance of promoting the cooperation between the Ministry and Silatech organization in carrying out technical training programs for serving the youth's interests.
