Pakistani Senate Chairman receives Yemeni diplomat

ISLAMABAD, March 16 (Saba)- The Chairman of Pakistani Senate Farooq H. Naik received on Tuesday the Yemeni ambassador to Pakistan Abdu Abdul-Rahman.

During the meeting, the Yemeni ambassador conveyed a letter to the Pakistani official from the chairman of Shura Council Abdul-Aziz Abdul- Ghani deals with the bilateral relations between the two councils and means of enhancing them.

They discussed the latest developments in the two countries, confirming the importance of developing the cooperation between the two countries in various political, economic, commercial and cultural fields.

They also highlighted the importance of encouraging the economic integration and facilitating the movement of businessmen between the two countries in an implementation of the economic and commercial agreements have been singed between the two brotherly countries.

Naik affirmed the Pakistani adherence to keep on developing the relations with Yemen in different fields, hailing the Yemeni efforts in combating terrorism and the development area as well.
