SANA'A, March 14 (Saba) - Law No. (4) for 2010 was issued on Sunday ratifying a loan agreement singed on June 03, 2009 between Yemeni government and Islamic Bank for Development (IBD).

Under the agreement, the bank loans Yemeni government US $11,497,000 to contribute in financing the agricultural development project in Abyan province.
