SANA'A, March 13 (Saba)- Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Amat al-Razaq Hummad received on Saturday Chairman of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries Chen Haosu.

During the meeting, Haosu handed over the Yemeni-Chinese Prize to Hummad as a gift along with a Certificate of Merit for Presient Ali Abdullah Saleh in recognition for his role in reinforcing the Yemeni and Chinese relations.

He affirmed that the Chinese people are happy with the Yemeni achievements and willing to improve ties with the two friend countries.

For her part, Hummad, emphasized the role of the Association as well as civil society organizations in Yemen in promoting cooperation between the two countries.

She pointed out to the depth of the Yemeni and Chinese relations, affirming readiness of her ministry to cooperate for the sake of serving and improving the bilateral relations between the two countries' peoples.
