Progress in UAE-funded project of residential units discussed

SANA'A, March 13 (Saba) - Minister of Public Works and Roads Umar al-Kurshomi discussed here on Saturday with the UAE ambassador in Sana'a Abdullah Al-Mazrouei the progress in the UAE-funded project of residential units for the flood-affected people in Hadramout province.

Al-Kurshomi affirmed the state's keenness to complete the project and solve any problems may hinder the project implementation.

He noted that there is coordination with the concerned authorities to establish the infrastructure of electricity, water and sanitation, and roads.

For his part, the UAE ambassador affirmed the importance of the project, noting to the importance of the joint work by the concerned authorities in the two countries to implement the project entirely.
