Israeli forces, tanks make incursion into Gaza''s Bureij camp
[12/March/2010]

GAZA, March 12 (Saba) -- Israeli troops and tanks made Friday a limited incursion into east of Bureij refugee camp, central Gaza, local radio station cited eyewitnesses as saying, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).

The witnesses asserted that Israeli tanks and bulldozers suddenly made an incursion into dozens of metres near to Abu Mutaibq military site under a heavy barrage of fire shot at citizens' houses nearby the area.

The witnesses went on to say that no casualties took place among the Palestinians, pointing to an unusual movement of the Israeli armored vehicles on the borders with the Gaza strip.

In the same vein, the Israeli gunboats opened their machine guns today at the Palestinian fishing boats, northern of Gaza.

The Israeli vessels stationing off the Gazan coast opened the fire of their machine guns at the fishing boats at the Sudanese beach area, northern of Gaza, the radio stations reported.

They also pointed out that the Israeli blast inflicted material damages to some boats, making clear that it forced fishermen to dock in order to avoid the barrage.
This came at a time when the Israeli military jets bombed at today's dawn some Palestinian targets, southern of Gaza strip.
