BRUSSELS, March 10 (Saba)- The European Union has reaffirmed concern to keep supporting development process of Yemen in order to reinforce its abilities to face all present challenges.

This was indicated by the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton on Wednesday in front of the European Parliament, in Strasburg, during a discussion over the EU foreign and security policy.

She affirmed that the EU is continuously backing Yemen development efforts and will continue to do so on the long run to help eradicate poverty and illiteracy and improve service sectors, particularly health, in Yemen.
