Yemen, Donors talk on refugees situations

SANA'A, March 09 (Saba) - Deputy Foreign Minister and Chairman of National Committee for Refugees Affairs Ali Mothana held Tuesday talks with a delegation of Donors visiting Yemen currently on refugees situation in the country.

During the meeting, Mothana expressed Yemen's appreciation of the exerted efforts by the donors in to assist the government to cope with the problems of refugees' influx into Yemen and in the relief areas for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the province of Saada.

Mothana reviewed the government's efforts and difficulties resulting from receiving large numbers of refugees in addition to their needs of essential services.

The delegation voiced the readiness of their countries to provide Yemen with assistance in this regard.
