AFESD Chairman in Yemen

SANA'A, March 09 (Saba) - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development (AFESD) Abdullatif al-Hamad arrived in Sana'a on Tuesday for an official visit to the country.

During the visit, al-Hamad is to hold talks with officials in the government dealing with bilateral relations between Yemen and the Arab Fund in various fields.

Al-Hamad said that two loan agreements are to be signed during the visit from the AFESD for a number of development projects in Yemen.

He pointed out that the projects are Sana'a protection from floods and the second stage of the rural roads.
