Algerian Minister of Culture leaves Yemen

SANA'A, March 09 ( Saba) - Algerian Minster of Culture Khalida Toumi and the accompanying delegation left Sana'a on Tuesday after attending the declaration of Tarim as the capital of Islamic culture for 2010.

The declaration took place on March 07 and was attended by delegates from a number o Arab and Islamic countries and organizations.

Tarim city in Yemen's eastern province of Hadramout is distinguished with its ancient mosques and architecture styles of its palaces. It is also a city with a rich cultural heritage.
