SANA'A, March 02 (Saba)- In its weekly meeting, the cabinet approved a memorandum of understanding of ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training to set up a community college in Luhia district of Hodeidah province.

According to the memo, the college would cover 15 percent of outcomes of the general education and qualify outcomes, which meet needs of the labor market.

Meanwhile, the cabinet approved a memo presented by the ministry of telecommunication to carry out a project of the telecom military and security system.
